High Tech Gaming Expo Set For Wayne Community College
 
Goldsboro- On Saturday February 4th, Phi Beta Lambda, a business club associated with Wayne Community College, will host The Goldsboro Gaming Expo as one of the biggest high technology seminars ever in Eastern North Carolina. The all day event will be a hybrid festival of industry speakers, product promotions, exhibition booths, student/ employee recruitment and full blown family fun! Over 20,000 square feet of the Wayne Learning Center, the main building on campus, will be occupied to accommodate the event.
 
The main entertainment attraction will be unlimited free play of the latest games on consoles including Xbox 360. Plus, nearly a dozen vintage arcade games will be available- all free with the price of admission. Guest lecturers are an impressive selection of corporate executives and creative leaders as well as several prominent professors from North Carolina State University. Also, booth space is still available- free to any appropriate organization who would like to offer educational or promotional material.
 
The Goldsboro Gaming Expo will run from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m. and tickets will be $7 at the door or $5 in advance. The expo targets mainly high school and college students but all ages are encouraged to attend.
