This year i noticed something that should not have been allowed to happen. 2 players from a 4v4 team took 1st and 3rd in a ffa tourny and then they played in the 4v4 tourney. This should not have been allowed to happen plus it should not be allowed to happen again. It gives unfair advantages to other players and to prevent others from being allowed to play due to space on a bracket for the same game. If you are in one tourney for one game then that should be it and not allowed to play the second tourney of the same game. Plus no one should be allowed to use their own controllers. To keep the game fair and soley based on skill. The players should have to use the controllers provided. If they insist on using their controllers then they should not be allowed to play. These rules should be made firm and unyielding |

?????
Are you talking about nick and tyler?
They placed 1st and 3rd in ffa and then got 1st in 4's. How is that unfair? And how is bringing your own controller that you're used to and practice with unfair...

I do agree. There are many people who try entering tourneys and can't because there are those who hog them. If two people are playing on a team in 4's they shouldn't be aloud to take spots in FFA. The 4v4 tourneys fill up quick and if players have a spot in that they should not be aloud to take prizes from the FFA and preventing others from being to enter. All in fairness that's how it SHOULD BE. Now of course if your buddy, buddy with these guys obviously you'd think differently but from a player's point of view who hasn't gotten into tourney's before because the same three or four guys were aloud to enter the same game but different game plays over and over again is upsetting. Doesn't matter who their name's are. Now controllers on the other hand? If your entering a tourney, no matter if its PS3, CPU, Xbox, or whatever - if you don't have your own controller and your considering in playing in one of these tournaments, you may want to reconsider. |
