This new exhibit, featuring work by some of the southeast's best artists, explores the creativity of comics, games, and other modern media. The art gallery venue encourages attendees to explore the unique fan-driven works from their favorite hobbies, and provides opportunity to purchase a variety of geeky merchandise, all while supporting independent artists.

Wendy Walker, Executive Director of the Arts Council, states “The Arts Council of Wayne County and the Carolina Game Summit are pARTners with a capital ART. We are thrilled to be working together to bring tourists to the area and connect all demographics through the art of gaming.”

The event is sponsored by Spectrum Enterprise the official Internet provider of the Carolina Games Summit. Many of the artists featured will be available in the main exhibition hall of the Wayne National Building along with additional pieces attendees to view and purchase.

Carolina Games Summit tickets may be purchased for $10 online via the event website or at the Paramount Theater both days of the event. Tickets include access to all Carolina Games Summit attractions, both days, including the Art Showcase exhibit.
