DBAP Gaming Challenge partnered with the Carolina Games Summit and Boss Key Productions will be holding a LawBreakers Blitzball tournament on Saturday, September 30th. The event will be held within the Durham Bulls Athletic Park in Durham, North Carolina.
“We are excited to have the development team behind LawBreakers actually available for attendees to interact with at this tournament, it will give everyone a truly unique opportunity that you can not find anywhere else,” says Michael Everett Executive Producer for the Carolina Games Summit.
LawBreakers is a first-person multiplayer shooter released worldwide in August available from the PlayStation store and steam. Physical copies are distributed by Limited Run Games. This game features anti-gravity combat on up to 8 different maps with 9 different roles to choose from. There are 5 total battle modes including Blitzball. About DBAP Gaming Challenge Durham Bulls Athletic Park will become the first Minor League Baseball facility to host an esports tournament, when the inaugural DBAP Gaming Challenge takes place from Sept. 29 to Oct. 1 at the ballpark. The three-day event will utilize much of the park’s unique event space, including the PNC Triangle Club, party decks, dugout tops and the team’s Blue Monster videoboard, which measures 63 feet wide by 25 feet tall. Additionally, the park’s concessions will operate throughout the three days, as Friday’s session will run from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., Saturday’s session from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Sunday’s session from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
