At this point I have spent a lot of time on this and am thinking about all the other things, in reference to the event, that I could be doing.
Basically I am having to put off working on things that add real value to the event just to work on this system which really doesn't add anything to the event itself.
I hate to say it but most likely I will be refocusing my efforts on the day of event activities.
I can say this, any pre-registered player who shows up at 9 to the event will get in early and should have absolutely no problem registering for a tournament.
Even if you show up at 9:30-10 you should still be fine.

Thanks for understanding man. This event is just like designing a video game.
You start out with a lot of deliverables and features but by the end you have to cut things out that you would have never predicted.
It is a very interesting process and the cool thing for us is the fact that we do it each year. So if something doesn't make it in this years event, it will almost guaranteed be in the next one.
I will email you if anything changes, I would like the far away teams to register online very quickly but I just don't know if it will get done.
