I spoke with meeveret on SRK and pm'd him the standard SC4 rules, but wanted to make sure if they would be followed for this tourny or what would be used?
SC4 National/Regional rules:
60 seconds
3 rounds, 2/3 set
Random stage
Bonus characters banned(shura,angol,ashelotte,etc.)
Custom Characters banned
Yoda Banned
Algol Banned
Button Binding Allowed
However given the current trend in the SC community. it is also okay to go by:
Everything is allowed except custom characters. Yoda can still be banned since the ps3s in use may not have him unlocked.
Sorry this is really close to deadline, but I went over the forums and didn't see this posted. Also meeveret if you need me to run SC4 I will as long as i can still play in the tourny myself.
And on a random note:
In the 2D fighting room. I would really really like to bring Capcom versus Tatsunoko for people to see and maybe play abit. It's a relatively brand new fighting game from Japan based on the Capcom vs. Marvel series. again sorry this is coming late, but if there's not enough room that's fine. |
