Exhibitors-
This year there wasn't much to really look at. The only thing I remember that was cool would be penny dreadful productions.
StarCraft Tournament-
Fun. The players and organizers of this were good sports and just made it all a great experience.
Food Court-
You walk in and see chickfilet and drinks.....thats all. Why did the pizza table get screwed over??? It should have been heres chicken heres pizza go get drinks in the back.
Halo 4vs4-
Too many people. Just too many people in one room. Should have used another building to spread it out more.
The organizer....needed to chill out a bit. Times where I thought he was gonna throw someone into a window. Very angry and cussed way too much. Said things like "if your not here your out...team (what ever) 1...2...3..your f@#$%^& out" then there was the whole wireless controller messup which led to him chasing random people down the hall.
Game set up was pretty good. First game we were told your gonna play MLG team slayer go kill. We won 50 to like 20. Then we wait over an hour to go play what we think is MLG team slayer again. Instead they changed it to an objective game, which completly throwed me off!! Another team was given the option to do 2 slayers then an objective if they made it far enough or a slayer then objective then slayer. We were not given the option to pick what game type we wanted to play for that round.

Very well done, and informative. I enjoyed it and gave me a better idea of working in the industry. Only had two shirts to give out?
Gamestop involvement-
What happened this year? There was like almost no free play setup and just what happened to piss off gamestop???

The players and organizers of this were good sports and just made it all a great experience. awwww i thank you very much for this comment about my room :'( tears came from my eye just now but only one ;) but thank you once again very much im sorry i couldt get everyone who wanted to play in but i had a timlimit to start and only a few cd's to work n yes i know theres a crack for it to work without cd's wc3 went very smooth though and i enjoyed directing both turnies altho the maps i posted to play wernt in the sc folder which was very odd i dont know if they are downloadable from bnet or not so im sorry for that inconvience but players had the option topick ny map they wanted as long as they both agreed mix it up a little you know give power back to players but still keep some control :D the thing that matters most to me though isnt if i can finish my tournament on the exact time but for the people who pay thier money to actually have fun i mean its video games and we all love them i had fun this year alot of it and even loved dressing up for the awards n in my room for a bit :D

Its ok!!!!
Everything was perfect, and who cares that those maps weren't there. I'm use to playing on a big game hunters or fastest map so any 2 player map was great! |

dude GameStop only really helped one year... the rest they were just a name... and the year they did help we only got ps2s that i got stuck working on till 4am just to get them working... Free play was only a issue cause we spread our tournaments out so people could sign up to more... we used to host 2-3 games in 1 room at 1 time then turn that room into free play. All this talk about 2nd building.... we are lucky the school lets us use the main building... any other building would be more paper work and hardship on us to even get set up. If you guys are willing to pay $30-50/ticket im sure we would gladly rent a large building just so you all could have your way. But by the looks of it That isnt going to happen. |

i thought the main building is the biggest one at the college gilbert? or is it the spruce? not size but room wize
