What will be the rules and the classes allowed? Coming from professional experience, multiple big tournament experience, and tons of GB matches "noob tubes" should not be allowed. If any of you wanna group up and destroy some people on xbl hit me up on my gt its TiNK biigmiike

The MW2 Tournament rules will follow MLG rules as close as possible. Team Deathmatch is going to be the gametype played.
Gameplay
1. No using C4, Claymore(s), Blast Shields, Tactical Insertion, Riot Shields, Secondary Launchers, Secondary Shotguns and Grenade Launchers
2. No using the following perks: Bling, One Man Army
3. Killstreaks DISABLED, players must set their Death Streak to Copycat. Using any other Death Streak will result in a forfeit.
4. Breaking of rules 1-3 will result in a forfeit of the game/map.
All Games
* Join in Progress: Not Allowed
* Spectating: Team Only
* Friendly Fire: Enabled
* Forced Respawn: Enabled
* Wave Spawn Delay: None
* Radar Always On: Disabled
* Max Health: Normal
* Health Regeneration: Normal
* KillCam: Enabled
* Headshots Only: Disabled
* Allow Perks: Enabled
* Killstreak Rewards: Disabled
* Number of Lives: Unlimited
* 3rd Person: Disabled
* Hardcore Mode: Disabled
Maps will be chosen by coin toss. Best 2 out of 3.
There will be NO glitching on ANY MAP what so ever and any glitching will result in a disqualification.

i dont see the problem with TI's claymores c4,or shotguns? that only leaves machine pistols...which akimbo g18's are better then any shotgun :)

the problem is they are only going to be allowing the top 3 custom classes I heard. which those top 3 classes are all equipped with a couple of those items such as the famas grenade launcher and the LSG with the AT-4. im pretty sure when it gets down to crunch time things will be well under control. i get the feeling those PMS girls know what they're doing.

wow big mike, you ..... about turnament rules everywhere you go. just like at the CoD tournament in fayetteville where my team eliminated you then started crying talking crap asking us to take it out side. lol your team is garbage. you cant even loose as a man

we're using MLG settings this year since last year caused an uproar and well, since we're all gamers, MLG settings shouldnt be a shock.

ya there will be alot of pissed off ppl bro. coaches arent allowed in this tournament as far as i know they werent last year but hey if you want to settle it online since you were afraid to walk outside then whats your gamertag?? and which one were you anyways kid or you to afraid to do that as well?? besides two of my teammates that played in fay werent even starters the 3 other players i have are sure to make you as pissed as i was. your in for a rude awakening kid.

ask bang bang dog he didnt do the 1v1 just to keep ppl there. hes done a 1v1 after every call of duty tournament especially the first one which was world at war. these are the tournament hes done. WaW Dubs we got 2nd place and i won the FFA. MW1: 4v4 We got first and I won the FFA. MW1 again: 4v4 we got first i won the FFA. MW2: our starters werent in town to play therefore we got smacked and lost and i won the FFA. just post your GT bro.

How much extra were you charged for the FFA tournament at our Game Lounge?
(hint it rhymes with hero)
It is something we do for CoD and Halo tournaments. For MW2 we even did some third person rounds and even though the tournament was over NO ONE was charged for sticking around. Sure we sold some Monster and Bawls energy drinks, plus some Gamer Grub. We also gave away the very same items.
While of course ELITE ZONE needs to make money to be in business, the FFA tournaments make no extra money. Also our entry fees have come down in price from when we first started hosting tournaments.
Now our Friday and Saturday over-nighters ($10 to play from midnight until noon) that we started a while back, we do run them to make more money.
I would hope that anyone that has ever been to ELITE ZONE would have good things to say about our place and not think we were all about the money. We are proud of what we have started here and the members here are a big part of why we are growing.
We are excited about attending CGS and hope many of you will check out ELITE ZONE some time.
