For our 2025 SSBU tournaments, we will be using the official North Carolina Power Ranking ruleset. Here's a summary of the important information:

- 3 stocks
- 7 minute timer
- No items, smash meter, handicap, or spirits
- Competitive stages only
- This event will follow the NC, SC, and GA player ban-lists.
- This event will follow the NC, SC, and GA player safety recommendations.
