A. Game Settings
● Stocks: 4
● 1 v 1
● Time Limit: 8 minutes
● Items: Off
B. Stage List
Starter Stages
● Yoshis Story
● Fountain of Dreams
● Battlefield
● DreamLand
● Frozen Pokémon Stadium
Counterpick Stage
● Final Destination
C. Additional Rules
● Going First: Play Rock, Paper, Scissors to decide who bans the first stage.
● Stage Striking: After deciding who bans first, the first player will ban one stage from the Starter Stages list. The losing player will ban two stages. The player that banned first will ban one final stage. The remaining stage is your starting stage. After your first game, you will proceed to Stage Bans.
● Stage Bans: After each game in a set is played, the player who won the previous game may ban one stage. The losing player may pick any stage on the list, excluding their opponents banned stage. In a best of 5 there are no Stage Bans.
● Stage Clause: A player may not pick any stage they previously won on during the set.
● Neutral Start: Strongly Recommended! Players before the match may elect to move to opposite sides of the stage and pick a neutral time to begin
● Wobbling is BANNED
● In the event of a timeout, ledge grabs (cliffhangers) are limited to 60. If one opponent goes over this limit, they automatically lose the game.
